Our Staff

Joelma Health Care carers are selected for their ability to be friendly and sociable as well as being good carers. They always encourage people receiving home care to engage in a community-based activity and support any of their clients to help them find something that suits their individual needs.

They are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety. In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ II or NVQ III in Health and Social Care.

We know that we can provide the highest Quality Care at an affordable price, whilst also providing excellent training and support to our Care team, consistently ensuring that they are well rewarded for the invaluable work that they do 365 Days a year.
